So I am very proud of myself. We just recently bought a treadmill and in the last two days, I have ran/walked 5.2 miles in an hour, and today I have ran 3.18 miles in 32.08 mins/secs. I think it is safe to say this is one of the best purchases we have bought. I am definitely enjoying it so far.
