Day 1 was filled with a lot of things, a baby teething, doing taxes, giving a dog away, cold weather, and helping clean up. So even though there was a lot of things going on, I managed not to eat crazy, and I kept busy so that I didn't really have down time on my body. So that is good, but here are my goals for the next 60 days now.

Goal Weight Loss (in pounds): 28 (.46 pounds a day)
Goal Weight: 170
Goal Clothes Size: 12

Things that I will do to make this happen. I will eat the things I know that will help me loss the weight and fuel my body to do that. So protein, fruits, veggies, nuts, and occasional carbs (only the ones that will help me burn while exercising). I will work out at least 2 hours a day, whether that is broken up into 3 sections, or all at the same time, it will happen. And I will get at least 6 hours sleep a night to recover. I will not have any soda for 60 days (diet or not, water is good enough for me).

This is a large goal, but it is achievable if I just do it. I have to remember my blog name and just do it. I will do it, I really need to do this for myself to feel better inside and out, and I want to stop saying that I am going to do something, I feel like this is a real big weakness in my life, making goals and not finishing them, so I will do everything possible to complete this goal.
