So I guess I am losing inches off my middle section, because of two things. First, last night my pants fell off of me because I didn't have a belt on, and my sister and mom today said my clothes were fitting a lot loser, and told me to continue to run :) So that makes me feel so much better. So my workout today was to do a run/jog, 100 burpees, and then 300 air squats.
I have done the run already and a portion of the squats, and then I still have to do the burpees :). I hope all works out :)
