Day 6 & 7

Okay so I am doing really well the past two days, LARGELY to do with my husband. He has helped me not to enable myself with excuses any longer. Thanks to his help I have eliminated every excuse I can think of. I know longer will have a job in the middle of the day to throw off my schedule, my great husband has helped me schedule work outs three times a day :) yes, 3 times a day. So far so good. And I eat only certain things until I am done with my weight loss. The only thing I have to worry about after all that is Lily, and that all. So I can do this. Here are the things I can eat instead of the things that I have been focusing on that I can't eat. I can eat meats, veggies, nuts, and fruits, and water. Those are some great things that I can have. I am really excited. :)
