Okay new approach to working out and eating right. We are going back on the Zone Diet strictly, where we measure out everything and only have a number of blocks that we can eat in a day. Also personally for me I am going to try to work out at least 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours daily, and on the weekends, an hour or so per day. I need to get my metabolism to come up and I will not work out all in one workout per day either, I will do it in two to three work outs a day around the times that I eat every day. I think this will work out for me :) I will be able to slow it down to an hour a day after I lose about 40 pounds, but until then, this is what I will be doing.
