Okay I am back on board and doing the no excuse thing now. I want to work out and eat right every day, no excuse. I don't have one, that is all I have to focus on for myself all day long, so I need to do this for me. So tomorrow's plan is to start off right, and go for a run, then do a crossfit routine of some measure and finish unpacking everything.
