Ran 3.5 miles
Today I ran 3.5 miles. I think this is the first time that I really got the most out of the workout along with the sweat that comes with it. I have a goal this week to run every day even if it is only a mile or two. I want to be consistent so that my legs don't start to hurt like they did last week when I didn't run for a day or two.

4 miles today
I am very proud of myself today. I was able to get in 4 miles today. It took about an hour to get it all in. I wish I didn't have to stop as many times as I did today, but I did finish and it was four miles. So that is really great. I also walked a mile with Lily tonight before she went to bed. So today I got a total of 5 miles in today. I hope to be able to do that every day. That would be ideal because that would mean that I would burn between 300-700 calories a day (lowest being walking). I really hope I can get everything in. I want to do it 7 days a week too. I have noticed that I slack off on the weekends and the nights. So I am going to try to finish that this night month.

I am really happy with my run today. I ran 2 miles in under 20 minutes. The exact time was 19.52, with only 2 or so stops for Lily. I know it might not be a lot to some people I know but for me it is GREAT, because I thought that I would not get to under 20 minutes on my run in a month or so, so it is possible to cut your run by 2 minutes in two runs. Just look at me. Also I am very proud I was able to run at speed 9 on the treadmill for 30 seconds, and speed 8 for a minute, and that was after the two miles I ran. I am very grateful that I have a treadmill to do these types of workouts at home. Also today I hope to do Zumba from home as well.
