So biggest exercise I have done since having my cute little baby, I ran/jogged 5 miles, it took me just at an hour to do so but it was such an achievement for me to say the least. I was running/jogging with a little one and a jogging stroller too, so that adds a little time. But I am so so excited at what I did. Also tonight before I go to bed I am going to 100 sit ups and 100 push ups. So it is going to be a good day.

So I did my run today and my 300 air squats today. I didn't get to the 100 burpees today so I will try really hard to do the burpees tomorrow and fast or at least not walk out of so many. But we will see what tomorrow brings us. :) But all and all a good day.
So I guess I am losing inches off my middle section, because of two things. First, last night my pants fell off of me because I didn't have a belt on, and my sister and mom today said my clothes were fitting a lot loser, and told me to continue to run :) So that makes me feel so much better. So my workout today was to do a run/jog, 100 burpees, and then 300 air squats.

I have done the run already and a portion of the squats, and then I still have to do the burpees :). I hope all works out :)

So far so good this week on doing good on my diet and exercise. I am so excited, I even stayed on my diet while my husband was eating ice cream today. I can't believe it, but it is good to know what my end goal is, and I want to do good :) I will weigh in tomorrow or Monday to know where I am at because I need to know because I only have like six to seven weeks before I have to be in the dress. So I hope I can get down like at least 20 more pounds, that would be nice. But to this day at least I have lost close to 50 pounds over all with having the baby and everything, and since having the baby I have lost close to 25 pounds over all, so I think that is good too :)

Okay I don't know what today's day is but I will just tell you that I did a 100 burpees in 7:34 minutes, of course I walked out of a lot of them, but I am sweating so badly right now, so I know I did something. I eat a steak salad, and nuts, and some dried fruit so far today. I have had so much energy lately. :) I am happy to be doing these things.

Work Outs for the last two days have been the following, that I have completed.

Sunday: Ran 2 miles in 20.75 (minutes/secs), 50 Air Squats
:Monday: Ran/walked 2.5 miles (took about 35 minutes), 100 Burpees FT 9:24:46, and tonight I will be doing 4 rounds FT of 400 meter run and kettle bell swings. I will post that later, but it is really fun to be doing this I have so much energy today.
Day 6 & 7

Okay so I am doing really well the past two days, LARGELY to do with my husband. He has helped me not to enable myself with excuses any longer. Thanks to his help I have eliminated every excuse I can think of. I know longer will have a job in the middle of the day to throw off my schedule, my great husband has helped me schedule work outs three times a day :) yes, 3 times a day. So far so good. And I eat only certain things until I am done with my weight loss. The only thing I have to worry about after all that is Lily, and that all. So I can do this. Here are the things I can eat instead of the things that I have been focusing on that I can't eat. I can eat meats, veggies, nuts, and fruits, and water. Those are some great things that I can have. I am really excited. :)

Day 4& 5

Thanks to my WONDERFUL HUSBAND, he has managed to eliminate all of my excuses on losing weight and becoming healthy, so now I have no excuse to complete my goal(s) at hand. :) look for my next post. :)

Day 3:

Went really well. I didn't get to do a full workout, but I was able to stay active the whole day. So that was good, and I stayed on my diet of choice. So that is good to report that. I just need to make it through the weekend, that is always my downfall. Wish me luck.

Day 2:

I did really good today. I walked/ran today with my mother-in-law, she helps me a lot to push myself. I feel all the muscles in my body today. I am glad I went with her today, I wish I could do it every day, but I will just have to find a way to push myself like that. I ate really good today, I ate quiche and steak and salad and nuts. I am really proud. So far so good :)

Day 1 was filled with a lot of things, a baby teething, doing taxes, giving a dog away, cold weather, and helping clean up. So even though there was a lot of things going on, I managed not to eat crazy, and I kept busy so that I didn't really have down time on my body. So that is good, but here are my goals for the next 60 days now.

Goal Weight Loss (in pounds): 28 (.46 pounds a day)
Goal Weight: 170
Goal Clothes Size: 12

Things that I will do to make this happen. I will eat the things I know that will help me loss the weight and fuel my body to do that. So protein, fruits, veggies, nuts, and occasional carbs (only the ones that will help me burn while exercising). I will work out at least 2 hours a day, whether that is broken up into 3 sections, or all at the same time, it will happen. And I will get at least 6 hours sleep a night to recover. I will not have any soda for 60 days (diet or not, water is good enough for me).

This is a large goal, but it is achievable if I just do it. I have to remember my blog name and just do it. I will do it, I really need to do this for myself to feel better inside and out, and I want to stop saying that I am going to do something, I feel like this is a real big weakness in my life, making goals and not finishing them, so I will do everything possible to complete this goal.
