Ran 3.5 miles

Today I ran 3.5 miles. I think this is the first time that I really got the most out of the workout along with the sweat that comes with it. I have a goal this week to run every day even if it is only a mile or two. I want to be consistent so that my legs don't start to hurt like they did last week when I didn't run for a day or two.
